ABOUT ME

Listening. Collaboration. Compassion.

I'm on your team. As your therapist, my job is to help you achieve the change you want to see. We collaborate to set goals and work toward them together, in an environment of acceptance, listening, honesty, and compassion. Inherent in my approach is a commitment to tailoring therapy to meet the needs of my clients by incorporating a variety of techniques. I do this through the foundation of a collaborative, client-centered approach to Cognitive-Behavioral Theory (CBT) and mindfulness, always striving to create an environment of trust, warmth, kindness, and honesty. I also incorporate faith and spirituality for those clients wishing to do so. Working alongside clients every step of the way, I help them develop the awareness and agency to make lasting, positive change in their own lives.
